How it works

The international delivery service allows you to send both parcels and documents.  To begin with, you would need to log on to https://www.kargo.co.id/kirim-paket/. On this webpage, you would be able to check the rates to send your parcel from Indonesia to another country, using the “Cek Harga” tab. Next to it, you could also use the “Kalkulator” option to check a more accurate price rate based on the weight of your package/document as well as the date that you would like to send them on.

The difference between both tabs is that “Cek Harga” would allow you to see the general price for both parcels as well as documents of various weights to the country of destination. As for the “Kalkulator”, it would give you a more specific and accurate price for your parcel and documents.

After clicking on the order option, you would be asked to enter some key information such as the address for pick up, drop off as well as other relevant information that would assist in ensuring the safe delivery for your items.

Upon confirming your order an invoice would be sent to you describing the details of the document or parcel delivery, you can then proceed to make the payment online to Kargo, before the shipment is being sent out of Indonesia.
