20 Feet Dry/Reefer Containers
The 20 Feet Dry/Reefer containers (or kontainers as the Indonesians call it) are great mode of transport for multi modal shipments. Multi modal shipments are shipments that are required to travel through land and sea, for instance. Especially if it is in a country like Indonesia, with so many islands, containers will be perfect to move from port to door or door to port to shipments. The 20 feet containers have a volume of 32 cubic meters (32 CBM). Its dimensions are at 6.1m x 2.3m x 2.3m. 40 Feet Dry/Reefer Containers
The 40 feet containers are pretty much of the same function as the 20 feet container, albeit larger. The 40 feet container has a volume of 64 CBM and dimensions of 12m x 2.3m x 2.3m. Therefore, making its total capacity to be at 25 CBM. Just like the 20 feet container, this container size (they pretty much apply to all container sizes) could be used for FCL or LCL shipments as well as multi modal shipments.
