Software Engineering Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Solve evergreen problems in logistics industry by writing lines of codes that will get to the hand of end customers (transporters, shippers, internal team)
• Work closely and collaboratively with our product and design teams to build product features that customers want
• Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, scalable product
• Write maintainable and extensible code
• Build high quality tests and documentation (we run Test Driven Development and automated testing!)
• Do pair programming with your colleague and conduct code reviews together
• Implement the right architecture standard
• Proactively communicate project risks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Currently pursuing Computer Science major or related technical fields
• Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
• Openness to learn new programming language
• Expertise in open-source technologies, modern web / Android standards, best practices, and the ecosystems would be a plus
• Driven and focused self-starter, great communicator, amazing follow-through— you have a great work ethic and love the responsibility of being individually empowered
