Vendors

Our Kargo Vendor app is currently available for free only on Android devices.
1. Open Google Play, or follow this link.
2. Klik “Instal/Unduh” aplikasi Kargo vendor
3. Open the app and tap on "Get Started".
4. Complete the sign up form and verify your phone number.
You'll be redirected to 'Loads', where you can start looking for loads.

Our Vendor app is currently available for free only on Android devices.

2. Tap on download and install the the Kargo Vendor App.

If you see a message that says “Kargo Vendor is not trusted”.
Follow these steps:

1) Go to “Settings”
2) Choose “General”
3) Tap on “Profile”
4) Choose “KargoTechnologies”
5) Choose to Accept or Trust.

The documents you need to upload depend on your business type.
Individuals: KTP and KK / NPWP
Companies (PT/CV): company NPWP and Company Deed / Kemenhumkan / TDP / SIUP / SIPA / SIUJPT.
Both individual and company business entities will need to upload STNKs to register vehicles.

When you upload your documents through the app, make sure the images aren't blurry and are readable.
Once you have completed all the steps required to verify your account, we will review your documents and notify you about your verification status in at least one business day.

1. Tap "Forgot password?" at the sign in page.
2. Enter your registered phone number.
3. Tap "Find account".
4. Enter a new password and the verification code we've sent to your phone number.
5. Click "Save New Password & Verify".

To start bidding, make sure your profile is verified and complete these steps required to verify your account:
1. Verify your phone number.
2. Set up your account by filling in personal or company information, bank information, and uploading documents.
3. Register at least one vehicle.

If you're not getting a verification code, tap on 'Resend Code' after a few minutes.
If this still doesn't work, try tapping 'Forget Password' through Sign In.

Kargo works to connect great shippers with high quality vendors. Shippers can post loads/projects and vendors can bid on these loads/projects from Kargo Vendor App by submitting a price quote. Shipper Customers will then look through bids and choose a Vendor by making a payment to Kargo's escrow account. After the Shiper has paid, the load will then officially become a shipment, where both the Shipper and Vendor will be able to contact each other.
Once the Transporter has delivered the shipment, they must upload a Proof of Delivery (POD) through the Kargo Vendor App. This POD will then be reviewed by the Shipper. Payment will be transferred to the Vendor's registered bank account once the Shipper approves the POD.

1. Go to 'Loads' and browse the available loads.
2. Tap on a load to see more details about it.
3. Tap 'Bid' and input a bid amount.
4. Tap 'Submit Bid'

To view all your bids, go to 'Bids'.

Yes it is. For each vehicle you have registered, you can submit 10 bids. For example, if you've registered 3 vehicles with Kargo, you can submit up to 30 bids.

You will be able to directly contact the Shipper only after the Shipper has decided to choose you as their Vendor.

We strongly suggest that you don't cancel any active shipments as this will impact your ratings negatively. This will reduce your chances of customers choosing your bids in the future. However, if you must cancel due to inevitable reasons, we ask you to contact and confirm with the customer before cancelling via the app.
To cancel a shipment:
1. Go to "Shipments", then select '"Active" at the top bar.
2. Tap on the job you want to cancel.
3. Tap "Cancel".
4. Confirm shipment cancellation.

To view cancelled shipments, select "History" at the top bar. All shipments cancelled by you will have "You cancelled" as a status.

After completing a shipment, you need to upload a Proof of Delivery (POD) via the app:

1. Go to "Shipments", then select "Active" at the top bar.

2. Tap on the shipment you've just completed.

3. Tap on "Set as Completed".

4. Tap on the "+" button.

5. Upload your POD via Gallery or take a picture via your Camera.

6. Once all the necessary documents are uploaded, tap on "Submit POD".

Shipper will then have to either approve or reject your POD. If they reject your POD, you'll be asked to upload a new one. The shipment will not be completed unless the customer approves your POD. If Shipper approves your POD, the payment will be transferred to your registered bank account within 3 working days.

When you upload your POD, we ask you to upload images of original documents that aren't blurry and are readable so the Shipper will be able to approve it. If the Shipper rejects your POD, you'll be asked to upload a new one. The shipment will not be completed unless the Shipper approves your POD.

The POD can be images of (but not limited to): Invoices, photos of the goods.
We suggest that you agree on what documents exactly to upload with the Shipper before uploading one via the app.

The User acknowledges and agrees that in using Kargo’s services, Website and / or Kargo Application, the User will not ship items categorized as dangerous cargo and / or prohibited items, which include:
1. Money (coins, cash in rupiahs and / or other foreign currencies), securities (checks, demand deposits, bonds, shares, certificates).
2. Narcotics, marijuana, morphins and drugs or substances that are considered as other prohibited objects.
3. Cargo whose life time is less than the estimated transit shipping time.
4. Items that are categorized as dangerous, toxic and flammable materials.
5. Shipment in other liquid form except packaged properly and correctly (by attaching Material Safety Data Sheet) and dangerous cargo statement from Customer).
6. Explosive items, such as weapons and their parts.
7. Items made of glass and glassware (except packaged properly and meet packaging standards and marked "Fragile").

Before choosing a vendor, shipper will have to pay the full bid amount to Kargo's escrow account. Once you complete the shipment and the Shipper approves your Proof of Delivery, the payment will be transferred to your bank account within 3 working days.

No, unfortunately for now you are unable to change your bank account from your Kargo Vendor App. Please ensure that you input your correct bank account since all of your payment will be transferred to that account. If you need more assistance regarding this, please contact us here.

Unfortunately, at the moment there is no tracking available inside the application. Kargo is encouraging Shipper to communicate with the Transporter in order to ensure that all pick up, delivery, and drop off process run smoothly.

Shipper needs to input the pick-up address, drop-off address, and the details of delivery items while posting a new job. We highly suggest that Shipper do a periodic checking on the job status before and after Matching status, as well as contacting the chosen Vendor to ensure all the delivery process are running seamlessly.

In Kargo.tech, we aims at ensuring all payment processes to be smooth and secured. Hence, all transaction through our platform will be done Online. Shipper is then required to transfer to Kargo's virtual account which in turn, the payment will be disbursed to the Vendor upon completion of the shipment.

Shippers must choose a bid at least 1 business day prior to the shipment date.
For example, if the shipment is created for Monday, Shipper must choose a bid on Thursday. Another example, if the shipment is created for Friday, Shipper must choose a bid on Wednesday.

You will not be able to modify your job request after posting. You will need to cancel/delete your current job and post another one. Please ensure that all details that you are inputting are correct to avoid mismatch towards Vendors.

The following are Kargo's policies on cancellation of orders :

1. If the cancellation is done 2 days prior to shipping, then we will provide you with 100% refunds.
2. If the cancellation is done 1 day prior to shipping, then we will provide you with 50% refunds.
3. If the cancellation is done on the day of the shipping, then we cannot provide you with any refunds.

Please note that the refund policy will only apply after the clarification and confirmation process from both parties.

We strongly suggest both Shipper and Vendor to communicate among each other regarding shipping process and pick up time to ensure items are delivered on-time. As a Shipper, you will need to make a payment by transferring the money to Kargo's Virtual account. This Virtual Account is an account created and assigned to each of the Shipper to pay their outstanding payment in Kargo's system. By transferring to Kargo's Virtual Account, you do not need to do payment confirmation since the payment will be automatically confirmed.
This fund will be held in Kargo's system and disbursed to the Vendor only after shipment is completed and the Proof of Delivery has been approved by Shipper.

There is no preferred method of payment for same bank transfers. However, for inter-bank transfers we strongly recommend Shippers to use ATM machines to avoid any delay in the payment process.

You have until two days before the shipment date at 11:59 pm to pay.
For example, if your shipment is scheduled for 3 January, you need to pay before 1 January at 11:59 pm.

We're asking you to pay as soon as you choose a vendor as a security measure against fraudulent shipments.

Your payment is safe and will be kept securely in Kargo's escrow account. We will only transfer it to the vendor once you have approved their Proof of Delivery (POD).

If your payment isn't completed by the deadline, the load will expire automatically.

Once your payment is verified, your load will be moved to shipments and you can start contacting the Transporter to arrange your shipment.

We are advising both Shipper and Vendor to communicate with each others regarding the status of delivery. In inevitable situation where Vendor needs to cancel the shipment, please let us know by dropping us a message here.
