Will there be any refund given if the shipment is canceled from Transporter's side?

We are advising both Shipper and Vendor to communicate with each others regarding the status of delivery. In inevitable situation where Vendor needs to cancel the shipment, please let us know by dropping us a message here.

Please kindly be informed that the refund policy is applied on case to case basis upon investigation.
